CBRE Albany said Thursday that it assisted in the sale of
the Wade Lupe Towers and Garden Apartment Complex, a 208-unit complex on Queens
Boulevard in Schenectady.
The ten-building complex, which sits on nearly 11 acres and
is next to the Stadium Golf Club, sold for $8.25 million to a Rockland County
company, Wade Estates LLC.
Involved in the sale for CBRE Albany were John MacAffer, Dan
Simpson and Ann MacAffer.
